DRINKS+ is specialised magazine that has been published for 18 years already with free of charge direct mail distribution system (circulation 45 000 copies/10 times a year) to owners, chairmen of trade companies, importers, distributors of all kinds of beverages, food, restaurant owners, sommeliers of Ukraine and Russia as well as to wealthy customers of wine boutiques and delicacy stores.  
CaBaRe/CHIC magazine is guide to restaurants and wine critics (specialised edition about wine, food and tobacco) with free of charge distribution (circulation of 130 000 copies 12 times a year), represented in the major luxury going out places and venues of the biggest Ukrainian and Russian cities.
Today Publishing House “N” offers foreign producers of beverages and food products the range of services for promotion in Ukraine and Russia.

Preparation and writing of the materials about your company with following publication in the magazines of Publishing House “N” media group and other media.

Target market – Ukraine
Carrying B2B and B2C events in presentation/degustation format (wines, spirits, soft drinks, olive oil and food products) in the largest cities in Ukraine.
Target audience – Directors, top-management, sales managers of importing and distributing companies, restaurants, restaurants chains, retail trade chains and delicacy, sommeliers.
Service package includes:

•    rent of premises during the event in the best restaurants in Kyiv (as may be required, moving to another city is possible, additional payment for outdoor event is discussed separately);
•    for degustation – providing with professional dishware, water, light starts; for presentation or conference – coffee break, restaurant serving, staff service;
•    the organization of target audience invitation (about 30 people) with the following providing a customer with guest list contacts;
•    preparing the informational materials of the presentation and providing quests with them;
•    publication of event announcement and brief information about samples presented in DRINKS+ magazine on the first page a month before its holding;
•    publication of post-reportage about held presentation/degustation with more detailed description of presented products and indication of a company or its export-manager contacts for further feed back, including market operators, who have not participated in the event. The volume of publication makes till 4 pages.
•    providing a customer with loyal price conditions for further advertisement placement in Drinks+ and CaBaRe/CHIC magazines;
•    Placement of announcement information and post-reportage about the event at the official site of Drinks+ magazine: www.drinks.com.ua

The cost of Service Package is 46800, 00 UAH (that makes 4500 euro according to the exchange rate on 1.11.2012)
Additional information and possible services:

•    The interpreter is hired.  
•    The delivery of wine samples and other goods is executed by a customer for his expense.
•    The presentation may be accompanied by a banquet or drink reception after the event is over
•    If needed, we are ready to provide services regarding organization of a stay in Ukraine for representative of your company (hotel booking, airport-hotel-airport transfer, transport support at the time of staying in Kyiv, providing an interpreter for negotiations, organization of excursions through Kiev).
•    The cost of additional services is not included into package cost and is calculated separately.

Carrying B2B and B2C events in presentation/degustation format (wines, strong spirits, other beverages) in the framework of participation of Drinks+ and CaBaRe/CHIC magazines in Russian and Moldavian exhibitions.

Target Audience – representatives of international food and beverage distribution companies, sommeliers, restaurateurs, international wine experts, representatives of international competitions and Mass Media.  
Organization and holding of degustation in the framework of Russian and Moldavian exhibition permits every brand-participant to make a claim about itself at highest level and give an informational handle to publication in international press.
The degustation of such a level combines the possibility to establish contacts with distributors (that can be realized in case of participating in the exhibition with own stand) and gives a chance to get a positive evaluation of wine by international experts and positive informational return.


Service package includes:

•    rent of venue for the time of event (degustation room for the time of event);
•    for degustation – providing with professional dishware, water, for presentation or conference – coffee break;
•    the organization of target audience invitation (about 30 people) with the following providing a customer with guest list contacts;
•    preparing the informational materials of the presentation in Russian, English language and the national language of the host country and providing of quests with them;
•    10 minute of presentation that representative of “Publishing House “N” will run, in English and, if needed, in Russian (text is previously agreed with the customer), preparing and carrying out a commented degustation of presented samples;
•    publication of event announcement and brief information about positions presented in DRINKS+ magazine on the first page a month before its holding;
•    publication of post-reportage about held presentation/degustation with more detailed description of presented products and indication of a company or its export-manager contacts for further feed back, including market operators, who have not participated in the event. The volume of publication makes till 2 pages.
•    press release distribution about the event to the leading Ukrainian, Russian editions and also to the mainstream press.
•    providing a customer with loyal price conditions for further advertisement placement in Drinks+ and CaBaRe/CHIC magazines;
•    placement of announcement information and post-reportage about the event at the official site of Drinks+ magazine: www.drinks.com.ua

Service Package cost is calculated separately, depending on host country and amount of degustation samples.

In case of need, Publishing House “N” can render assistance in the process of samples delivery. We kindly ask you to indicate in an application for participation the names and characteristics of wines for tasting, the information on enterprise that should be announced during the event, information for press-releases, and if needed – prices for distributors. The distribution of additional promotional materials is possible at extra charge.

In case of participating in any program of Publishing House “N”, every partner company of the project will be provided with loyal price conditions for advertisement and informational materials placement in Drinks+ and CaBaRe/CHIC magazines and at sites: www.drinks.com.ua and www.kabare.org.ua.
